- How do I pay for a ride?
- When one of our Transportation Advisors contacts you to confirm your reservation, you may opt to: A) Pay the crew directly with cash or check upon arrival at your pick-up location, or B) Prepay at the time of your confirmation call with your credit or debit card.
- Can I use my insurance?
- Our goal is to provide our patients with hassle-free ambulance transportation experience, therefore we do not accept any payments through insurance. Should you be only interested in ambulance transportation billed via insurance, please visit our sister company, Medstar.
- How can I cancel and what is your cancellation policy?

- Sorry, but all of our vehicles are non-smoking, due to on-board oxygen supplies.
